Warranty

All units come with a 1 year warranty. We do also have a 3 year extended warranty plan for an additional fee. However the Ad-pods are very robust and under normal usuage you should not need to worry about purchasing an extended warranty.
If the unit should develop a fault you simple return the unit to us via courier and we will have your unit repaired or a replacement sent out to you.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours.
We then begin a consultation with the customer to design their first free advert.
Once this has been completed we will then program their Ad-pod and give it a 24 hour test.
The unit is then packaged and shipped by courier.
All deliveries in both UK and International will require a signature upon delivery.

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 14 days of the initial order being placed.

Once the order has been shipped we will email you with a tracking code so you can track the parcel and know exactly what day it is due to arrive.
